Added: Re-add user to queue, re-adds the user as a source to all items he/she was removed from. Note: the menu only shows bad sources for the currently selected item, not all bad sources for the entire queue
Added: possibility to have icons for all menu items under File/View/Window. (Note to icon creators, Replace toolbar.bmp with one containing 30 16*16 icons. The icons should be in the same order as the menus, top-bottom left-right. I did not add the possibility to have an icon fot Exit or the help menu, if you wan't this let me know and i'll add it in the next release)
Fixed: match queue doesn't re-add bad sources (thanks FarCry for finding this)
Fixed: context menu position when using multiple monitors
Fixed: issue with experts only page and Windows 2000
Fixed: issue with total time only showing 00:00:00 or a ridiculously long time
Changed: copy menu can handle multiple selections and also has an "All" option that copies all columns
